We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team as the first point of contact for our HR office. In this role, you will serve as a professional, courteous, and welcoming resource for employees, leadership, residents, and families. Your work will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, from maintaining accurate personnel records to supporting talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives.
You will play a vital part in fostering a positive employee experience by coordinating onboarding activities, assisting with new hire orientations, and supporting employee engagement programs. This position requires a service-oriented approach, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in every interaction while managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent). Prior Human Resources Experience.

Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
