The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a vital administrative partner to the People Leader and the broader team. This position is dedicated to providing timely, general administrative assistance regarding new hires, onboarding, and a wide range of human resource questions and issues. The role ensures smooth operations across benefits administration, recruitment, employment law compliance, and daily HR functions.
In this capacity, you will be the face of the Human Resources department, ensuring the team maintains a reputation for competency, fairness, confidentiality, and the highest level of customer service. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from organizing recruitment efforts and conducting new employee orientations to handling on-boarding, off-boarding, and ongoing airport badging processes. Your work will directly support the organization's goals by maintaining accurate records, managing company properties, and assisting with departmental events and special projects.
