This position serves as a vital link between clinical expertise and organizational learning within Maximus's Clinical Services division. The role exists to ensure that training environments accurately mirror the production systems used by employees daily, fostering a culture of operational excellence and safety. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical concepts into engaging, effective learning experiences that meet both learner needs and rigorous organizational quality standards.
In this capacity, you will collaborate extensively with business partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct needs analyses and design curriculum that addresses real-world challenges. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive training scenarios, creating assessment tools to measure competency, and facilitating instructional programs across classroom, virtual, and on-the-job settings. You will also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of existing curricula, integrating feedback to continuously improve training outcomes and contribute to broader organizational goals.
