This position serves as a vital link between clinical expertise and organizational learning. The role exists to ensure that training programs are not only educational but also deeply rooted in proven adult learning techniques and real-world operational scenarios. You will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive training ecosystem that mirrors the production environment, ensuring employees are equipped with the precise tools and knowledge needed for daily success.
In this capacity, you will collaborate extensively with business partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct needs analyses and design deliverables that meet both learner and stakeholder expectations. Your day-to-day involves developing qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure competency, reviewing existing curriculums for alignment with operational excellence, and solving moderate-to-complex problems that arise within the training lifecycle. You will also play a key role in communicating on sensitive issues and contributing to broader organizational goals.
This is a remote position within the Clinical Services team. Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment to support your work.
