About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between clinical expertise and organizational learning. You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower staff to navigate complex healthcare environments with confidence. The role exists to ensure that training environments accurately mirror real-world production systems, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
In this capacity, you will collaborate extensively with business partners and subject matter experts to conduct needs analyses and define learning objectives. Your day-to-day involves creating engaging curriculum based on proven adult learning techniques, developing assessment tools to measure competency, and facilitating instructional programs in classroom, virtual, or on-the-job settings. You will also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of existing courses, using data to refine content and align training with operational excellence and safety standards.

Work Environment
This is a remote role designed for a home office setup. Maximus provides the necessary company-issued computer equipment, but candidates must ensure they have a private, secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet connectivity (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) to perform duties effectively.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Worker, or related health field

- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedExperience developing presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or other tools

Nice to Have
Master's degree in Human Services, Social Worker, or related health field. Prior experience using InterRAI assessment system. Additional certifications related to social work, healthcare, or human services.
