This Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is based in Simpsonville, SC, offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. In this position, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition process, directly impacting workforce growth. You will support the organization's values in all recruitment activities, from reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to organizing onsite interviews and career fairs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing compelling job postings, creating offer letters, and managing new hire orientation and onboarding processes. You will report to the Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor while collaborating cross-functionally with leaders and teams to drive HR projects forward.
