The Front Desk Experience Coordinator is the heartbeat of IOOV’s daily operations and community connection. This role goes beyond traditional reception work; it is about shaping the first impression, holding space with intention, and ensuring every person who enters or calls IOOV feels seen, respected, and supported. You serve as the bridge between the community and our services, helping to move people from inquiry to impact while keeping the office running with clarity, care, and efficiency.

Whether supporting the food pantry, managing event logistics, or maintaining our databases, your work ensures that our mission-driven environment remains welcoming and affirming for all.
