This position serves as the front-line ambassador for our hotel, dedicated to ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. The role exists to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and personalized hospitality, requiring a professional who can manage the dynamic flow of check-ins and check-outs while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. Your day involves navigating the front desk operations, from processing payments and adhering to strict cash-handling policies to resolving room status discrepancies with the Housekeeping team. You will also be responsible for generating and distributing daily reports to ensure all departments are aligned. Success in this position requires a flexible mindset, as you will be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations.
