This role is a key part of our guest experience, requiring you to greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition while ensuring a positive professional image at all times.
Your day will involve managing guest interactions, from answering calls and directing inquiries to assisting with room reservations and group sales efforts. You will also play a vital role in our loyalty ecosystem by establishing accurate accounts for players, explaining the MyChoice program, and answering questions about our facilities, dining, and events. As a uniformed team member, you will maintain a neat and clean environment in the hotel lobby and ensure all cash and accounting paperwork is handled with precision.
