You will be the bridge between our Chef de Cuisine and the kitchen staff, driving the team to apply our specific practices and organizational structure.
Your day will involve orchestrating the flow of the kitchen to maximize revenue while maintaining our high culinary standards. You will foster an educational environment, ensuring all staff are developed for future advancement through thorough training on menu changes, health code compliance, and operational procedures. From leading pre-shift meetings to collaborating on management team agendas, you will create a positive, developmental work culture where the team is motivated to excel.
