The Guest Service Agent serves as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This role is the heartbeat of the hotel, acting as the first and last point of contact for visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk with precision, handling reservations, processing payments, and resolving any guest inquiries or concerns with exceptional service.
In this position, you will navigate the daily rhythm of hotel operations, from maintaining accurate cash drawers and room status sheets to coordinating with housekeeping and answering guest calls promptly. Your ability to provide high-quality service, maintain a clean and organized lobby, and adhere to safety and security procedures will directly impact the guest's perception of Stonebridge.
