About the Role
Cinemark Team Members are the heart of our theatres, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, upcoming attractions, pricing, and promotions. Your mission is to ensure the highest quality in everything served and to answer guest questions with a heroic spirit.
This role is dynamic and cross-functional. Depending on staffing needs, you may work as an Usher, Box Office associate, or Concessionist. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality environment within the auditoriums, lobby, and restrooms, ensuring every guest interaction is professional and memorable.

Requirements
