About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and operational integrity of our hotel during overnight hours. This position is more than just processing data; it is about being the guardian of the property and the first point of contact for late-arriving guests. You will ensure that all audit-related reports are completed accurately and on time, while simultaneously upholding our high standards for security and guest satisfaction.

Your day-to-day involves a blend of administrative precision and hospitality. You will manage incoming mail, follow strict security protocols for locking entrances and handling safety issues, and ensure the front desk remains a spotless and organized workspace. Even during the quiet night hours, you will be expected to greet every guest with a smile, using their name whenever possible to reinforce our commitment to guest relations. You will work collaboratively with the team to resolve any issues that arise, maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude even under pressure.

Hiring Process

Candidates with experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchises are preferred. We look for individuals who possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established guidelines. Strong communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a genuine desire to serve guests are essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
