Aerodyne Industries Careers is seeking a Facility Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team, supporting critical Defense & Aerospace projects. Based in Merritt Island, FL, our team operates at the heart of human spaceflight, ensuring the infrastructure that powers NASA and government operations remains robust, safe, and mission-ready.
You will design, analyze, and maintain facility power distribution, lighting, grounding, and controls for mission-critical environments. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and reliable physical infrastructure. Your work directly supports the success of human spaceflight initiatives, offering exposure to advanced engineering projects within a mission-driven, collaborative culture.
In this position, you will partner with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and government stakeholders to execute system upgrades and enhance reliability. Your day-to-day involves evaluating energy efficiency, developing safety procedures, and coordinating integrated designs with mechanical, civil, and controls teams. You will play a key part in the construction, commissioning, and testing phases, ensuring every system meets the rigorous standards of the aerospace industry.
