The Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead (PSL) serves as a pivotal member of the General Manager team within the Integrated Product Strategy Organization. This role is designed to accelerate impact for patients, customers, and healthcare systems by driving decisive strategy with higher quality, speed, and agility.
You will lead the creation, implementation, orchestration, and measurement of integrated product strategies for a specific indication within a therapeutic area in the US. Operating under the leadership of a General Manager, you will contribute to key decision-making processes that maximize the product's impact. This involves actively managing resource allocation across multiple teams and functions, including Marketing, Sales, Novartis Patient Support, Market Access, Insights, Decision Science, and Medical.
A core aspect of this position is stewardship of the full P&L for the assigned product. You will partner closely with functional heads to make trade-off decisions and ensure resources are directed toward the highest impact opportunities. This leader is expected to demonstrate a passion for transformational enterprise leadership, ensuring that customer engagement and relationship building are central to the strategic approach and performance metrics.
This position is based at either the Cambridge, MA or East Hanover, NJ site and requires on-site presence; remote work is not available. The role includes a requirement for 20% travel, defined by the business, which may be domestic or international.
