About the Opportunity

The Manager, Growth & Demand Generation plays a critical role in driving full-funnel digital acquisition programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline growth and revenue outcomes for the Corporate Traveller US portfolio. This role is anchored by an immediate priority: launching and scaling the NYC market expansion plan.

Sitting within the Growth & Demand team, you will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Commercial leaders to define, launch, execute, and optimize demand programs. This is a hands-on, commercially accountable position that bridges strategic planning and executional operations, ensuring demand generation activity translates into measurable business outcomes across short- and medium-term sales cycles. You will work with a team of specialists across automation, paid media, SEO, and digital channels to ensure day-to-day execution is tightly aligned with revenue and market expansion objectives.
