This role serves as the strategic architect and executor of FM's global social media presence. You will shape how FM shows up in the market as a B2B leader, elevating executive and subject-matter thought leadership while supporting commercial priorities like demand generation. The position requires a unique blend of long-term vision and hands-on execution, ensuring consistent, high-impact storytelling across regions and business units.
In this capacity, you will drive the evolution of FM's social strategy, building operating rhythms and governance frameworks that align with business objectives. A key differentiator for this role is the application of AI fluency; you will leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation, content development, and optimization while maintaining rigorous human judgment, brand standards, and responsible governance. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing counsel on social presence and reputation management during high-visibility moments.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to interview at one of our locations in Boston, MA; NYC, NY; Norwood, MA; or Johnston, RI. This is a full-time office-based position with flexibility for two remote working days each week, based on business needs. Please note that domestic and international travel is required approximately 10% throughout the year.
