About the Role
Winter Services LLC is seeking an innovative and motivated Marketing Manager to support our growing brand and service offerings. This role is instrumental in managing external marketing partnerships, coordinating digital campaigns, leading social media efforts, and driving strategic initiatives that generate awareness, leads, and measurable growth. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our internal culture and external market presence, ensuring our brand resonates across all channels.
In this onsite position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our external marketing agencies, overseeing the day-to-day relationship, scoping, and periodic reviews. You will ensure that all paid social media campaigns align with our growth goals and sales strategies while maintaining strict internal brand standards. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing campaign performance using SEO and AEO tools to provide actionable feedback, refreshing selling materials for all divisions, and maintaining the company Intranet to drive brand and culture.
You will also lead the planning and creation of organic social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and YouTube. This includes developing engaging messaging that highlights our mission and successes, as well as recommending and driving additional online content such as action photography, video, or drone footage. A significant part of this role involves leveraging AI tools to enhance copywriting, campaign optimization, and creative execution, while staying ahead of AI marketing trends to integrate automation and predictive insights.
Beyond digital efforts, you will coordinate all marketing campaigns including radio, email, text, and direct outreach. You will manage the planning, sourcing, and coordination of trade show participation, including securing space, managing promotional giveaways, and coordinating the transport of materials for all company divisions. Additionally, you will oversee the internal branded clothing program and manage all field signage and graphics on buildings and vehicles to ensure consistency.

Requirements
