Rockstar is recruiting for an innovative AI company that has developed the first agentic AI platform for enterprise accounting, purpose-built to deliver SOX-compliant, real-time close. The founders bring experience from both sides of the problem: overseeing finance organizations at major tech companies and building month-end close systems at industry leaders. Backed by finance leaders from prominent technology firms, the company recently raised $41M in seed and Series A funding from top-tier investors.
We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to build our content function from zero and scale it into a durable growth engine. This is a hands-on, builder-operator role where you will set the strategy, execute the writing, build the systems behind it, and measure what matters. You will combine editorial judgment, SEO depth, AI-native execution, and strong operator instincts to serve our audience: controllers and senior accounting leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
These leaders are pressed for time, allergic to hype, and responsible for some of the highest-stakes workflows in the business. Consequently, our content strategy and production must reflect that level of seriousness and authority. Content is one of the clearest ways we earn trust in a skeptical category. While most accounting content today is generic or written for beginners, we are building the opposite: clear, high-signal content that senior accounting leaders actually respect. This role will define how we show up in the market and build a content engine that compounds.
Work model: On-site
