We are committed to providing our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. We are a company that takes its work seriously and never cuts corners, offering a true home for professionals who share that dedication.
This Production Engineering position serves as a critical bridge between design concepts and the physical reality of the production floor. You will investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts to satisfy aerospace product design and build requirements. Your work involves performing tool liaison activities to support fabrication, participating in design reviews, and creating the drawings and models necessary to support the build plan.
You will also manage the acquisition of new equipment and tooling from external vendors, ensuring all designs comply with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will develop inspection instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and support user training.
A typical day is active and hands-on. You can expect to spend up to 8 hours on your feet standing or walking on the production floor. The role requires climbing ladders or stairs to access equipment, working at heights or in tight spaces, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). You will manage budgets and schedules to deliver equipment and tooling solutions that meet our customers' needs.
