About the Role

We are seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to launch and grow our hardware and storage solutions business in Houston. This is a strategic "hunter" role designed for an individual who will leverage existing relationships and deep market knowledge to win new infrastructure projects in storage, backup, networking, and compute.

In this position, you will be instrumental in expanding Maddisoft's footprint within key enterprise accounts across Greater Houston and Texas. You will work closely with our OEM partners and internal solution architects to design and close high-value deals. Your day-to-day will involve leading discovery meetings to understand business drivers, collaborating on technical architectures, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. You will also represent Maddisoft at industry events and OEM partner workshops, serving as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT directors.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical acumen and cultural fit:

  1. Initial Screening: A 30-minute introductory call to discuss background and role alignment.
  2. Technical Deep-Dive: A session focusing on infrastructure knowledge and sales methodology.
  3. Strategic Presentation: A discussion on territory planning and account strategy.
  4. Final Interview: A meeting with leadership to assess team fit and cultural alignment.
  5. Offer: Selection of the top candidate for a formal offer.
