About the Role
This position is a 1.0 FTE role located at Long Branch Elementary School within Arlington Public Schools. The role involves implementing instructional programs that meet the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of students using appropriate materials. The successful candidate will maintain a safe and orderly environment, communicate effectively with parents and guardians, and keep complete and accurate student records.
The position requires collaboration with school administrators, fellow teachers, instructional assistants, parents, and community members. The incumbent will monitor and assess student achievement while attending ongoing professional learning and meetings to stay current with best instructional practices and technology integration.
Hiring Process
Salary for this position will be determined based on the FY2026-27 salary schedule.
