About the Role
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within your market. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of key merchandising initiatives, from category resets and new item cut-ins to product stocking and data collection.
You will spend your days traveling to job worksites, engaging directly with store personnel and your team, and fostering interactive relationships with retailers. The position requires a hands-on approach to recruiting, training, and mentoring employees while managing district costs and staffing to meet client project requirements. You will be the bridge between company strategy and on-the-ground reality, ensuring quality execution and financial metrics are met.
