As a Retail Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates, covering 200+ retail locations within a specific market area. This role exists to ensure quality project execution for key merchandising initiatives, including category resets, new item cut-ins, product stocking, audits, and data collection.\n You will be the bridge between our company, our clients, and our field team. Your day involves enthusiastic travel to job worksites to engage with store personnel and employees, fostering interactive working relationships that drive execution excellence. You will recruit and train your team, manage district costs, and handle employee relations matters while partnering with Human Resources. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of the field, thrives on solving operational challenges, and is passionate about driving field team performance.
