About the Role
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within your market area. This role exists to ensure quality project execution for key initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, product stocking, and data collection. You will be the bridge between our company, our field team, and our retail clients, fostering interactive working relationships to meet client expectations and achieve on-time project execution.
Your day will involve enthusiastic travel to job worksites to engage with clients and employees, ensuring execution excellence. You will recruit, train, and mentor hourly employees while managing district costs and cultivating a flexible labor pool to handle business spikes. This is a hands-on position for those who enjoy traveling, engaging with store personnel, and driving field team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience
- verified1–2 years of retail or field operations experience
- verifiedFirm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices
- verifiedIntermediate skill level in web-based reporting, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- verifiedValid driver's license
