The Director of Social Media & Engagement will build and scale BluPeak's social media presence from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Digital Experience, you will own the full spectrum of social media strategy, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your day-to-day involves driving organic storytelling, managing community engagement, and executing paid social growth campaigns to rapidly increase unaided brand awareness.
You will lead the development of compelling multimedia storytelling that highlights member impact, employee culture, and organizational purpose. This role requires a purpose-brand strategist who understands how to leverage short-form video and high-reach formats to keep BluPeak culturally relevant while ensuring all activities align with the broader marketing and member experience strategy.
