About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to be the voice of our beloved candy brands. This role is not about shock value or going viral for the sake of it; it is about cutting through the clutter to create a genuine fan base. You will connect people with brands they love and trust, bringing a unique personality to life through wit and charm.
As a new teammate, you will create and execute fun, strategic ideas that get people connecting with our community. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a new graduate with a passion for developing strategic plans and measuring success, we want to meet you. You will serve as the bridge between our brand and our audience, crafting authentic storytelling that resonates while maintaining our core values.
The Experience
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a growing company with a family legacy. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in our LaPorte, IN office Tuesday through Thursday and working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The role involves a dynamic mix of creative strategy, community management, and data analysis. You will actively engage with online communities, monitor trends, and partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales teams to deliver consistent, best-in-class consumer communication across all digital touchpoints.
