We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist focused exclusively on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to help drive qualified patient leads and measurable growth across our clinics. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.
You will work closely with creative and analytics partners to continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate strong ROI. As a key member of our growth team, you'll own the strategy for a core channel, making a direct impact on patient acquisition for a fast-growing national brand.
This position is based at our Biltmore HQ in Phoenix, AZ, operating Monday through Friday in an in-person setting.
