ARISE/EFR is seeking dedicated support staff to assist a young woman with developmental and physical disabilities in the Syracuse (east) area. This role focuses on providing essential respite and personal care, requiring a partner who is reliable, patient, and enthusiastic.
The position operates on a schedule of every other Saturday and Sunday morning from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach the job site on time. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, as is the ability to utilize technology for community-based tasks in accordance with agency policies.
