This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference. We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find caregivers that fit each of their unique needs. Our goal is to help individuals maintain control over their own supports and have a say in who assists them, enabling them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Make a real difference in a young person's life without losing sight of who they are. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support a teenage boy who wants to stay as independent and "just a regular teen" as possible while receiving the care he needs.
This is a calm, one-on-one home setting where your role is to assist—not take over—and build a respectful, supportive connection. You will be supporting a teenage boy who enjoys online gaming and YouTube (current favorite: Dead by Daylight, though that may change!). Like many teens, he values his independence and prefers someone who can quietly support him without being overly involved.
Your role is to help him stay safe, comfortable, and on track with daily routines while respecting his space and individuality. You will be present and available while allowing him to maintain his independence.

Flexibility with start and end times is a plus.
