About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. This role is designed for individuals who want to enjoy the flexibility of working one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of the care team, you will work under the supervision of a Case Manager to deliver direct personal care, providing companionship and monitoring patient conditions while keeping the team informed every step of the way.
Your day-to-day involves assisting patients with daily living activities, from bathing and grooming to mobility support and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for recording vital signs, providing medication reminders, and documenting care accurately. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others who values strong communication and the ability to respect each patient's unique routine.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedCurrent Rhode Island CNA certification
- verifiedCPR certification
- verifiedValid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
- verifiedAt least 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Nice to Have
At least 1 year of CNA experience, home care experience
