As a Lead Dentist and Managing Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will lead a patient-centric team while enjoying the financial security and stability of a world-class Dental Service Organization (DSO). In this role, you will assume responsibility for the quality of care for all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. You will conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and offer treatment planning options, all while mentoring and coaching new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals. The position offers a unique opportunity to own your practice through our Practice Ownership Program and expand your scope of practice at a cutting-edge surgical training center.
