This opportunity is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join a Critical Access Hospital in Hermiston, Oregon. You will deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients managing COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and other cardiopulmonary conditions. Your day will involve monitoring patients on ventilatory support, responding to cardiopulmonary changes per protocol, and evaluating physical and mental status to adjust plans of care.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient education, participating in group class settings when needed. You will communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team, anticipating patient and staff needs to support collaboration. You will also maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. This 13-week travel assignment begins on June 1, 2026, featuring 3x12 night shifts with guaranteed hours.
