About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist on our night shift team, you will provide top-of-scope practice in a direct patient care environment. You will manage ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting and are eager to welcome new knowledge. You will partner effectively with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimized care and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
The position offers significant opportunities for professional growth. You will also model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
