About the Role

This Respiratory Therapist position is based onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Respiratory Care Main department. You will join a dynamic team working in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care.

In this role, you will provide top-of-scope practice in a direct patient care environment, utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. You will value and effectively partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. The position offers a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you can welcome new knowledge and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
