As a Registered Nurse at Monument Health, you will facilitate relationship-centered, compassionate, quality care through competent clinical practice. You will be an active contributor in the prevention or resolution of illness, disability, or injury, and in the alleviation of suffering.
Working in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers, family members, and support systems, you will exercise independent judgment to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care. Your role involves utilizing the nursing process to ensure patient progression and coordinating care delivery to promote health and safety.
