This role is designed for nurses who are ready to make a difference every day. You will facilitate relationship-centered, compassionate, and quality care through competent clinical practice, applying the healing and science of professional nursing. Your work will involve participating in the prevention or resolution of illness, disability, or injury, alleviating suffering, and advocating for individuals alongside interdisciplinary teams, families, and support systems.
You will exercise independent judgment using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care. This includes collecting comprehensive data, analyzing assessment findings, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating care delivery. You will also engage in health teaching, consultation, and the continuous evaluation of progress toward patient outcomes.
In this position, you will utilize applicable technology to document nursing activities and access work-related applications. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality of patient care delivery through innovative and creative problem-solving, all while adhering to the ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice, institutional policies, and applicable laws.

External Applicants: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. The starting pay rate range is $28.80 - $36.00 per hour, determined by the knowledge, skills, and experience of the applicant.
