About the Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a vital member of the care team, working collaboratively to deliver both direct and indirect patient care across inpatient and ambulatory dialysis units. Under the direct supervision of physicians and Registered Nurses, the LPN accepts delegation to meet specific patient needs, ensuring all nursing care aligns with Monument Health policies, professional standards, and the South Dakota Nurse Practice Act.
This role is designed for a nurse who thrives in a supportive culture that values growth and flexibility. You will partner with RNs and providers to assess patients, administer medications, and implement changes to care plans. The position offers opportunities for mentorship, where you may assist in onboarding new clinical staff, and encourages participation in departmental committees and continued education to foster professional development.
