About the Role
In this position, you will provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across our Midwest facilities. You will support physicians and RNs in delivering high-quality, compassionate care by contributing to personalized treatment plans. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and assisting with wound care, specimen collection, and activities of daily living. You will also educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge instructions, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their care journey.
Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
- check_circleFloat or rotate to various units or clinics as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- check_circleMonitor, document, and report changes in patient condition to RNs and providers
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedIV certification (where required or permitted by state regulations)
