As a Registered Nurse at Monument Health, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care that makes a difference every day. You will facilitate relationship-centered care through competent clinical practice, applying the healing and science of professional nursing to prevent or resolve illness, alleviate suffering, and advocate for individuals.
Working in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, families, and support systems, you will exercise independent judgment to utilize the nursing process: assessing, diagnosing, identifying outcomes, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct patient care. You will be an active contributor to the prevention of injury and the promotion of health, ensuring safety and effectiveness in all aspects of service delivery.
