About the Role
This Full-Time Delivery Driver position is designed for reliable, independent, and flexible workers who pay attention to details and can quickly problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. You will be out on the road, putting safety first and caring deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. The role involves successfully handling and delivering packages on time, safely driving and performing safety inspections on the company vehicle, and providing excellent customer service even during stressful events.
You will work a consistent schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week. Standard dispatch begins mid-morning, with shifts typically concluding by safety 'Hard Stop' times (8:00 PM for DTU3). Weekend availability is required as part of a rotating schedule. The job is physically demanding, requiring you to work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs, and get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations. You will use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and administrative tasks, while communicating effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed. You will also support the team in daily work requirements, including participating in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
Hiring Process
