About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will be the face of Walgreens, modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued through courteous, fair, and efficient service. You will engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to guarantee a positive interaction.
Day in the Life
Your day involves more than just processing transactions; you will be responsible for the entire customer journey. You will register sales, handle cash and change, and process voids, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Beyond the register, you will actively recommend items, trade-up opportunities, and companion products to enhance the customer's purchase.
You will maintain the store's visual appeal by keeping counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and fully stocked. This includes constructing displays, completing resets, and ensuring proper product placement, such as separating raw foods from pre-cooked items. You will also manage inventory, check in merchandise, and utilize store systems and equipment to support operations.
In addition to general retail duties, you may assist in the photo area by providing digital passport services and promoting photo products. You will also take on web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling them, and delivering them to customers upon arrival. Throughout your shift, you will implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products like alcohol and tobacco.

Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens work experience are preferred, we are committed to finding the right fit.
