Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. We are on a mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process, whether that means delivering vehicles straight to customers' driveways or getting involved in the local community. Our Customer Advocates are the face of this mission, leading the charge to deliver a unique and joyful experience to every shopper.
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the driving force behind our "Hauler-Life." You will partner with customers to deliver their new vehicles directly to their doors using our custom car haulers. This role is designed for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your day will involve a mix of driving, physical activity, and customer interaction. You will frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, perform safety inspections to ensure every car is ready to drive, and handle all necessary customer paperwork with thorough documentation in our tracking system. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler safely. You must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, from summer heat to snow, and sustain physical activity for extended periods.
To join the team, candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain specific licenses based on their local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). These may include a Notary license, Chauffeur's license, Vehicle Verifier license, or Salesperson license, depending on the state. Additionally, candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to accessing DMV, title, and registration systems.
Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer. All applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. Carvana also prohibits harassment of applicants or employees based on any of these protected categories.
