About the Role
As a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse, you will provide expert ICU and step-down care across a variety of hospital environments. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to apply advanced clinical skills to complex patient populations. You will float between high-acuity units, assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Your day-to-day involves managing ventilators, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and responding effectively to emergencies and rapid response situations. You will adapt quickly to new environments, workflows, and technology platforms, ensuring safety and standards of care are maintained regardless of the facility. In addition to direct patient care, you will educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans, documenting all interventions accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements
