About the Role
As a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse, you will provide expert ICU and step-down care across a network of diverse hospital locations. This role exists to ensure high-acuity units are always staffed with skilled professionals who can adapt quickly to new environments and workflows. You will float between units based on facility needs, assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Your day will involve managing complex patients using advanced skills in ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and emergency response. You will be the bridge between rapid assessment and effective intervention, utilizing Trusted Health's staffing tools to navigate new technology platforms and hospital policies with ease. Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license
