As a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse, you will provide expert ICU and step-down care across a variety of hospital environments. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in high-acuity settings and enjoy the challenge of adapting to new workflows and technology platforms. You will float between units based on facility needs, assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
