We are urgently seeking a contract Receptionist to support one of our law firm clients in New York City. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors while managing the flow of communications and administrative tasks. The position requires a high level of hospitality, as you will attend to the specific needs of clients and visiting attorneys, including arranging car services, parking assistance, restaurant reservations, and travel logistics such as printing boarding passes and securing theater tickets.
Candidates must be available to start immediately upon offer acceptance. The selection process involves an interview with the client, with a start date of ASAP once selected.
