We are seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of enterprise compensation programs within a rapidly growing and highly innovative automotive and EV manufacturing organization. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on compensation design, job architecture, career frameworks, market competitiveness, and pay equity, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will develop scalable compensation frameworks that support organizational growth, talent attraction, retention, and internal equity. The role demands a strong blend of strategic compensation expertise, analytical capability, compliance knowledge, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The journey typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and role alignment, followed by a deeper dive into compensation strategy and job architecture scenarios. Final rounds involve presentations or case studies focused on market analysis and pay equity initiatives, concluding with meetings with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
