This position is dedicated to optimizing HRIS systems to meet organizational requirements, identifying automation opportunities, and simplifying processes to drive accuracy and completeness. You will serve as an advanced subject matter expert for HRIS modules, specifically acting as an SAP HR Module expert to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues. The role involves leading small and medium system upgrades, feature releases, and data conversion projects across functional areas of HR. You will partner with HR Process Owners to provide training on new systems and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained. Your work will directly support the overall HR strategy by contributing to system decision-making, scoping, and planning for HR technology projects.
