Noblis is seeking a Program Security Specialist to work in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment supporting a government client located in Bethesda, Maryland. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and security of our operations within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD).
In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Program Management Office (PMO) and CAP/SAP teams. Your day-to-day work involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security programs, including processing CAP/SAP requests, briefing Control Officers, and maintaining comprehensive program records. You will draft requirements and implementation guidance, assess security programs to identify gaps, and prepare staff and sites for government security audits. Additionally, you will conduct security reviews of acquisition packages, update document classifications, and facilitate security working groups and interagency forums. The role also includes developing training materials and conducting technical or administrative briefings for government and contractor personnel.
